Should you choose to make payment on our website your card details are encrypted for the transaction. This makes it more secure than giving your details over the phone. The same is for payment with PAYPAL. This data is sent encrypted to Holiday Home Office and cannot be read by third party.

Holiday Home Madeira collects personal details about all its guests when a booking is made. This information includes but is not limited to - names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. These details are only used for reservation and administration purposes or for internal company analysis.
As guest profile information may relate to third parties (ie other persons within your group) you should ensure that all the information, which pertains to the other guests is provided with their consent.

We use your data for the following purposes: to process bookings and enquiries you have made using our website, give regard to competition winners and also to process any reviews you may have entered. We may also from time to time send you through our offer newsletter. After your holiday we may ask you by email if you liked your experience with us and how you rate the accommodation you stayed in.

In order for us to process your bookings and also display any offers online.

Traffic Partners

In order to credit you with any commissions and safeguard tracking.
In no case will we send you any unsolicited email or make such calls.

We disclose your data to our partners who only use your data for the purpose of fulfilling your requests.
We will not disclose your data to any third party except if it proves necessary in fulfilling any booking or request pertinent to the booking. We may be required by law or regulation to disclose your information if required. We may also disclose your data to third parties or professional bodies acting for us who will be obliged to keep the data confidential.
For any of the reasons set out above, we may from time to time transfer your data internationally. Each country may offer different protection levels.
